Paul D. Svirbel is a 2009 graduate of Georgetown University and received his Juris Doctor from The Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. While at Duquesne, Mr. Svirbel clerked at a reputable Pittsburgh plaintiff’s firm, where he focused on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
Mr. Svirbel was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2013 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation and workers’ compensation.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Svirbel is a member of the St. Anthony Charitable Foundation Board of Trustees, which aims to provide an academic course of studies and vocational training for students with developmental disabilities.
