Alexandra K. Bott

Alexandra Bott specializes in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation.  She has extensive experience defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  This includes litigating before Workers’ Compensation Judges, as well as defending her clients’ interests before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  She also practices in the areas of insurance defense and tort and casualty litigation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bott was a partner at a small regional insurance defense firm, where her practice was devoted entirely to workers’ compensation litigation.
