A skilled trial lawyer, Seth Black has tried over 35 cases to verdict in both federal and state courts- additionally, he’s successfully defended those verdicts before the Pennsylvania appellate courts. He’s had the unique opportunity of submitting white papers to the Pennsylvania General Assembly as well as providing amicus curiae materials to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Mr. Black is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute’s Motor Vehicle Committee. He has served as part of the William W. Lipsitt American Inns of Court in Dauphin County and a guardianship monitor for the Dauphin County Orphans’ Court. He also participates in the mentorship program at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, as well as in guest lectures.
