Stephen Summers

Stephen J. Summers is a 1980 graduate of St. Vincent College and a 1983 graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

In addition to his trial and appellate practice, Mr. Summers has been actively involved in the Pennsylvania Defense Institute (PDI) and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and the Amicus Curiae Committee. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and has presented various seminars on the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law, Workers’ Compensation Law and bad faith litigation.
